Live Oak Railroad Park

Howard Energy Partners’ Live Oak Railroad Park is a major South Texas industrial logistics railroad hub capable of handling manifest and unit trains transporting multiple types of cargo, including crude oil, condensate, natural gas liquids, water, pipe and sand used in the hydraulic fracturing process. Located in Live Oak County on approximately 260 acres in the heart of the Eagle Ford shale, the hub site is near U.S. Highway 281 south of Three Rivers, Texas, and will access the Union Pacific Railroad that runs from San Antonio to Corpus Christi. In addition, the hub provides injection points to numerous crude oil and condensate pipelines in the area, including DCP, Enterprise, Energy Transfer, Harvest, NuStar and Kinder Morgan, allowing premium market access for our customers.
